We continue our tradition of welcoming a dynamic group of master's students each year, who choose to embark on a journey of discovery, development, and real-world application by developing their master theses within our research centre.
To ensure a smooth transition into their research projects, we hosted our annual Welcome Workshop last week, an initiative designed to set our new students up for success. The workshop serves as an essential introduction to the rules, procedures, and culture at Fraunhofer Portugal AICOS, providing our students with the tools and knowledge they need to thrive.
During this enlightening session, we covered a range of topics, from administrative processes to research methodologies, emphasizing the importance of collaboration, innovation, and excellence.
