This project seeks a solution that could help reduce the burden on researchers and foster the development of clinical decision tools using EHRs. More precisely, an app to fully automate the data imports from EHRs into research databases, through artificial intelligence software.
Outcome:
Accelerate FhP-AICOS’ diabetic retinopathy prediction model development and provide FhP-AICOS expertise on NLP applied to EHRs, which aligns with FhP-AICOS’ core competences on information extraction techniques to use in the future for projects with healthcare organizations.
