Description:
The life phase of young citizens reaching the legal age has been identified as posing complex challenges to public services when it comes to citizen interaction. The main goal of this project is to follow a human-centred design process and a mixed methods approach to identify and reframe problems, co-create solutions with stakeholders, generate low- to mid-fidelity prototypes and validate the concepts with stakeholders.
The expected result is a validated prototype of a concept which will be able to improve public administration’s relationships with younger citizens by, for instance, eliminating unnecessary or redundant obligations, leveraging public digital services, creating new contact points or improving on-boarding.
Outcome:
Validated low- to mid-fidelity prototype which can bring added value to an existing public service.
