The main purpose of this project is to characterize AICOS’s current Living Lab – COLABORAR – through quantitative inquiry and to use qualitative inquiry with a group subset to understand patterns of technology use which might inform decision on future technology research investments.
Outcome:
Characterise COLABORAR network, create a set of survey methods to be used yearly, and being the work of building a database on ageing and technology use. The data collected are likely to be valuable to future clients in the fields of health- and self-care – quantitative data to unveil unmet needs and qualitative data to allow AICOS to be one step ahead of others with access to such large groups of older adults and people with chronic diseases.
